Charming country house 175 km from Paris (2 hours via the A6 and A77 motorways). An ideal house for a family or friends’ gathering.
The house has 6 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a large dining room seating 15 people, and a cosy living room with a fireplace. It is surrounded by a 3-hectare park with a secured (fenced) swimming pool and large grounds planted with century-old conifers: sequoias, cedars of Lebanon and Douglas firs.
The House
The house has belonged to our family for a century. It is filled with fond memories and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. You will feel right at home.
For your comfort, we offer 270 m² of living space.
– Ground floor: kitchen, office, dining room, living room, two bedrooms with double beds + bathroom, toilet.
– First floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
– Second floor: 1 practical room where young children can sleep dormitory-style (4 single beds), and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.
Note: bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Linen + towel kit: €20 for a double bed, €15 for a single bed.
Inside the house you will find the following equipment:
Kitchen: fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, citrus juicer, raclette machine
Cleaning: washing machine, dishwasher
Leisure: 2 televisions, 2 DVD players, mini hi-fi system, DVDs, puzzles and board games
Comfort: a high chair + 1 travel cot
The house is filled with a great many books. Those found outside the living room are yours to enjoy — please try to put them back where you found them.
Outside: a barbecue, swings and a children’s playhouse. The house is set in peaceful isolation within its beautiful grounds.
Guest Access
Christophe will welcome you and, in case of emergency only, can provide assistance.
We will also be available by email and text message throughout your stay.
The house is entirely at your disposal — you will have access to all rooms and outbuildings, with the exception of the attics and a few locked cupboards.

ERP (public premises) regulations do not allow us to accommodate more than 15 people in the house. By submitting a booking request, you agree never to exceed 15 people in the house.
